There are not enough adjectives to describe how thrilled I am with my new renovated kitchen. I have a small kitchen. It is 10x10. It had limited counter space for preparing meals, and storage was an issue. Shannon and her team did a wonderful job reconfiguring my kitchen. I now have a beautiful, well designed kitchen with enough counter space and plenty of storage. I highly recommend this company.

Full disclosure, I am not a DIY person and have zero mechanical skills and desire to learn these skills. However, I have needed a full gutting and renovation of my ONLY bathroom since I bought our home 11 years ago. One of the reasons pushed off this project so long was the intimidation of all the details and scheduling pitfalls such a major project involves. The solution to all my concerns was Tribe Kitchen Co. and the dedication of its owner/operator Shannon and her team! Starting with the initial visit, Shannon took the ownership of the process from step one through its completion. First, she LISTENED to me and took the time to understand what my expectations were for the project so she could tailor the project to those expectations. She then began lining up the entire service start to finish from the ordering of all supplies, fixtures, and appliances; to lining up the contractor who would perform work all while making sure I understood each step as planned. During the process of the project, I threw several "curve balls" at her team in changes to schedule start dates, budget changes, etc. Her response was always to LISTEN and then respond by updating the project to fit my requests/needs. Shannon was always 100% accessible with prompt responses to any concerns or questions I had. The final result was a bathroom I now LOVE after completion of a project that, with so many moving parts, was executed by competent vendors whose professionalism, customer service, and communication matched Shannon's team's and their standards. If this type of service is what you are looking for in your home, I can recommend Tribe to you with the highest confidence.

Outstanding customer service! We never built a custom kitchen before so we did not know what to expect or where to start. Shannon was recommended to us by a trusted contractor. She came out to see our current kitchen in person. She measured everything and told us some ideas. Then she went to her office and made drawings. The set up she came up with made a lot more sense then our original cabinets. We played around with a few changes and she finalized everything and ordered the cabinets for us. She had her people on site when the cabinets were delivered to make sure everything was there and proper. The cabinets were high quality and had all the bells and whistles. The new design made our kitchen feel much larger. Next she sent us to a countertop place to pick out the counter tops. She worked directly with the countertop people and made all the arrangements. Her prices were a little lower then a competitor we also checked out. With the money we saved we were able to afford a higher grade of countertop. Now we have a kitchen we can be proud of and entertaining guests is a pleasure. The space just makes more sense with her design and doesn't feel crowded like the old design did. We highly recommend Shannon and we will be using her again when we do our bathroom. Her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none!

We recently used TRIBE for a full kitchen overhaul, and cannot say enough about how happy we are with the finished result. We worked with Shannon (the owner). She listened and heard us, and provided us with a stellar redesign that really exceeded our expectations. I actually forgot some of the smaller details that I requested in our early beginning conversations, and was so pleasantly surprised that Shannon didn’t. The devil is in the details, and all the little creature comforts were not forgotten. There is not one piece of anything that came up short on design—we made suggestions and requests, and she found a way to make it all work out for us, and it is more than we hoped for, quite literally. We never thought “affordable” and “total renovation” could be in the same sentence. We live in a townhome, and were extremely tight on space and definitely cost-conscious. Aware of both, Shannon helped us select affordable appointments and finishings of incredible quality (J&K cabinets are awesome, and are BEAUTIFULLY crafted. We were also thrilled with the stone vendors she referred us to for the countertops!). We went from 16 to 30 cabinets, and went from a galley kitchen to having a REAL pantry (not having to use the utility closet for food storage anymore!) an 8’ island and a built-in coffee bar/hutch. I still have two or three cabinets not yet spoken for! And the VERY BEST PART: our family has a new, incredibly beautiful and beyond-functional, INVITING reason to reunite in this beautiful space and to spend more time as a family in kitchen and around the table. WE LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN—Thanks, TRIBE!

As we were preparing to remodel our primary bathroom, we wanted to work with someone who would help us think outside our design "box" while serving as a trusted advisor on material selections. Tribe came through in a big way. They helped create the vision for our bathroom and then execute it beautifully with the right tile, vanity and shelving, plumbing fixtures and wall color. Tribe also referred us to highly skilled, highly reliable partners for the general contracting and electrical work. The resulting space is modern, inviting and soothing. Beautiful form. Outstanding function. It reflects our home and our taste. And yet it isn't something we ever could have put together on our own. That may be Tribe's greatest strength: discerning a client's style, aligning with that style and then taking it to the next level.
